The Magicball dry ice pelletizer YGBK-50-1 is perfectly suitable for the production of smaller dry ice quantities for blasting and cooling purposes or for gas companies to build smaller production center in order to cover a wider geographic area with fresh dry ice .

The Magicball Dry Ice Pelletizer YGBK-50-1 has a production capacity of 50kg/hr (110 lbs/hr) and produces dry ice pellets with a diameter of 3, 6, 10 and 16 mm (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 5/8 in). ( Download PDF )

When we inject the liquid carbon dioxide into this dry ice pelletizer machine inlet, the oil hydraulic press will press the liquid CO2 quickly and extrude them with a certain shape. The Magicball Dry Ice Pelletizer YGBK-50-1 is driven by a hydraulic unit with a button, which can immediately start production. All functions are controlled by the PLC and operated at the touch of a button without any supervision right from push button start.
