About CE Certificate with dry ice production

 

One of our customers from ecuador asked me about Certificate.

He said whether we have ISO20001 Certificate.ISO20001,is Information Technology Service Management System.

So i think our customer concern is dry ice equipment's quality.

So ISO12100 is right instead of ISO20001.

ENISO12100:2010 is Mechanical safety standard, Including risk estimation/ risk analysis/ risk evaluation/ risk assessment ) (See picture)

Our CE Certificate including ISO12100 all testing items are up to standard.
